In this workshop with DaniJo Hawkins Pottery, we will be creating one lidded container that you can add any design, texture, theme you would like to.

Using pottery techniques such as slab rolling, using a template, slip and scoring, creating designs and using texture we will build a a piece of pottery that you can have for many years to come.

Once your container is finished, I will bring it to my studio where it will dry, be bisque fired and then glazed in a color of your choice. During the class, I will bring examples of glazes you can pick from.
